Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science in computer science, electronics and communication engineering or a related IT field.

Job Duties:

  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and architect software product for SAAS offering and cloud computing. Working on building software solution for law enforcement with strong security compliance.
  • Implementing and configuring disaster recovery products involving stringent FEMA rules and regulation to calculate the distribution of funds. Developing software solution and mathematical/statistical models to build predictive solutions for real state and retail industries.
  • Maintaining and managing cloud environment like Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming.
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Support and develop junior developer by providing guidance, and training.
  • Make informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services and applications at scale.
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science in computer science, electronics and communication engineering or a related IT field.

Other Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge and experience working with object-oriented programming including .net & MVC and solid application development principles, either in a workplace or in a college level course(s) that covered these subjects.
  • Working knowledge of standard development platform with expertise in Windows & IIS and experience working with Linux and Ubuntu, gained through working experience or passing scores in a college level course(s) that covered these subjects.
  • Understanding and expert knowledge of Javascript, Angular, Ajax, C#, Java and node JS programming language, gained through working experience or passing scores in a college level course(s) that covered these subjects.
  • Worked on SQL server, MySQL, NOSQL and MS access database and Acid database properties for critical database design, either through working experience or passing college level course(s) that covered these subjects.
  • Understanding and working experience of software development using cloud computing like AWS, Azure etc. gained through working experience or passing college level course(s) that covered these subjects.
